Three Wishes for Apple iCal

1. Does anyone know of a way to resize the event window? It defaults to tall and thin, and I'd like to be able to resize it so I can actually read the information in the notes section.
2. I wish the notes section supported rich text.
3. I wish I could tag events.
On a positive note, I like how there are no event types ala Lotus Notes meetings, appointments, reminder, etc. For each event you just enter the date, and time or all day. If you want to add attendees, you simply do so.
